The company has the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. The data filled in here will be kept for five (5) years from the date you receive the items for storage, with the exception of your contact data which will be kept until you object to receiving updates. 4 RESPONSIBILITY
Locker Point Athens agrees to exercise reasonable care to protect the luggage from loss, theft or damage. Locker Point Athens is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to luggage caused by the storer or a third party. The Storer agrees to be responsible for damage to luggage, luggage lockers or storage caused by the inherent or defective condition of the luggage or by reckless or destructive actions on his behalf. Allow the depositor to insure their luggage against loss, theft or damage.

REFUNDS


Full refund policy until your scheduled check-in time/date at the luggage lockers, by sending the first and last name with which the reservation has been made, with a request to [email protected]. After the scheduled check-in time/date no refunds are been made.

ITEMS YOU CANNOT STORE IN LUGGAGE LOCKERS


• Food or perishable goods. Unless they are securely packed to protect and not emit odors.
• Any living or dead creatures. Storing a live animal in a storage locker is not only against the storage restrictions, it is also against the law.
• Flammable substances such as gas, gasoline or cleaning solvents can be a hazard to your stored items as well as the facility itself.
• Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition. Under the Firearms Rules 1998, these items must be stored in a location where unlicensed persons cannot access them.
• Dangerous substances. Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, propane tanks, asbestos, etc. they are all potentially hazardous substances that cannot be stored in cabinets as they pose a hazard to the facility.
• Illegal objects, substances or merchandise. Illegally obtained items such as drugs, illegal tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe products (medicines, aerosols, fireworks) should not be stored in lockers.

FAILURE TO RECEIVE STORED ITEMS


If the items stored in the lockers are not collected within 60 days from the last day of storage and if there is no response from the customer's side to the company's calls and e-mails, Locker Point Athens may consider the items abandoned and remove them from the locker(s).

8 LICENSE – WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
The entire content of the website including, without limitation, texts, news, graphics, photographs, diagrams, images, services and generally any kind of files is the subject of intellectual property and is governed by national, European and international provisions on Intellectual Property.
